Louisiana Varroa resistant Queen from our proven POL-line VSH (varroa sensitive hygiene stock). We work with the USDA Bee Lab in Baton Rouge, where the POL-line queens were developed. Our breeder colonies have been tested repeatedly with mite washes, and all have scored well on a Harbo Assay. We only graft from our best colonies and cull out anything that looks to be inferior. These queens have been also selected for gentleness.
